I first visited Melanie early this year as I was transitioning from my original aesthetic practitioner who I had trusted and been going to for the last 3 years. I was very nervous but after seeing Melanie for my first consultation I was very impressed with her knowledge and the time she gave me to discus a treatment plan giving me reassurance and confidence to go ahead. Everything was very clear and reassuring. Immaculately clean. Very well organised with an online portfolio of photos and permission slips. I recently went to see Mel for a B12 vitamin injection for health and wellbeing after discovering I was anaemic and had low levels of B12, probably due to eating a mainly vegetarian diet. Mel provided useful information re what can cause B12 deficiency, and how I can also manage my levels with diet, and also provided the injection which was quick and painless.
